Hello! YES I am back with more pictures and back view of myself around Singapore!

I simply love this place so much! So colourful, vibrant, and rich in culture. I guess you would have known by now (after scrolling through the photos) that I’m a major fan of wall murals. And I’m so delighted to find 2 of them in this place (it is rather rare to have wall murals in Singapore, just so you know)! Posing infront of them certainly makes my photographs look so much more interesting!

The second wall mural was discovered by chance when we were about to leave the place and just so happens to see it after deciding to take a short cut out to the main road. The portrait is so intriguing and mysterious, it really makes me wonder if there is a story behind it or it is just some random painting. If you happen to know the story behind it, do let me know!

Alrighty, let us backtrack to the previous #guesstheplace Photo Journey : Singapore Part 2. Have you guessed it? Yes you are right, it is at Marina Barrage, and en route to Garden by the bay. It is a popular spot for Singaporeans to fly kite there because it is spacious and windy (and definitely have one of the best views of Singapore!).

It would be somewhat inconvenient to travel there if you do not have a car. However, it is pretty near to Garden by the bay. Just take a 15-20 minutes walk (you can admire the view along the way and discover some exotic plants and flowers) from Garden by the bay towards Satay by the bay, and you will see Marina Barrage right infront of you. Best time to be there would be from 5pm onwards. It is always a good idea to watch the sunset there (and maybe have a picnic there too)!

Do share your photos of Marina Barrage with me!

Have a great week ahead! XOXO
